My name is Danielle. I’m a Nervous System & Emotional Regulation Coach who helps people support the connection between the brain, body, and emotions through gentle, biology-based approaches.
Using tools such as Havening Techniques®, biofeedback, and integrative mind-body practices, I help individuals better understand stress and trauma responses, emotional overwhelm, and the ways chronic stress can affect both the brain and body.
My work looks at the full picture — including nervous system regulation, the gut-brain connection, stress physiology, sleep, minerals, hydration, and restorative nourishment — because emotional well-being is deeply connected to the body’s overall state.
I’ve seen firsthand how many people are searching for a nurturing and spiritually safe place to process both past and present experiences, especially when traditional approaches haven’t fully helped.
My hope is to provide support that feels grounded, compassionate, and accessible — not overwhelming.
