Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Danielle. I’m a Nervous System & Emotional Regulation Coach who focuses on helping the body and brain move out of stress patterns through gentle, biology-based support.
Using approaches such as Havening Techniques®, biofeedback, and integrative mind-body practices, I guide individuals in working through stress, trauma patterns, and emotional overwhelm while supporting the underlying biology that influences emotional well-being.
This work considers the full picture — including the gut-brain connection, stress physiology, and restorative nourishment — so the brain and body can process stress more completely. Over time, regulation and resilience begin to develop naturally.
I’ve seen firsthand how many people are searching for a nurturing and spiritually safe place to heal from both past and present challenges — especially when traditional paths haven’t fully helped. Healing should feel supportive, accessible, and grounded in both compassion and understanding.
