My work centers on nervous system and biology-based emotional regulation.
Using gentle mind-body approaches such as Havening Techniques®, biofeedback sessions, and supportive biological foundations — including nourishment and gut health — healing becomes a gradual and integrated process rather than something forced or overwhelming.
The goal is not to “fix” you.
It’s to help your brain and body come out of survival patterns so regulation, clarity, and resilience can develop naturally over time.
